I created the wrecked photo and depth by myself (you can find other tutorials to help you with this) but I created the bubbles and water using this tutorial:

Love the photo of you holding your photo. How did you do that?
(reply to anonymous) photoshop! took a photo of of myself holding the frame, then copied that photo and pasted it inside the frame, then inside the next one... and so on... until the final image was only 2 pixels wide!
